ORDERING & PAYMENT

Prices shown on the site are in USD (US Dollar) by default, and are inclusive of any local taxes. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The USD price of a product displayed on the website at the time the order is accepted will be honored.
Customers buying from outside the Pakistan will also incur carriage/shipping costs and any duties levied by the jurisdiction to which you have specified delivery. If you are a customer whose credit card is not denominated in the currency, the final price will be calculated and charged in US Dollars which will be subjected to the prevailing exchange rate in your local currency.

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is an acceptance of your order. The sale contract is therefore concluded in Karachi, Pakistan and the language of the contract is English.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set-out above.

In case of requests for order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount (after deducting the relevant charges attached to the order cancellation). The charges will be communicated to you before the cancellation of your order. A request for cancellation of order shall be valid and accepted only if they are made within 24 (twenty four) hours of making the order on the Site. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or orders for which request for cancellation is made after the expiry of 24 (twenty hours) from making the order. We have the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The User agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accepts our decision regarding the cancellation.
Furthermore, we may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Deepak Perwani Web Store whether or not that merchandise has been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Deepak Perwani Web Store; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Credit card and Debit card Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, and other cards through secure payment gateway. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of your order by Deepak Perwani. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Deepak Perwani, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

We take all reasonable care to make our Web Store as secure as we can make it. All credit card transactions on this site are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.

To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure, Deepak Perwani uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

Furthermore, we will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Web Store.

We may constantly monitor the user’s account in order to avoid fraudulent accounts and transactions. Users with more than one account or availing our services fraudulently shall be liable for legal actions under applicable law and we reserve the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges and lawyers fees from persons using the Site fraudulently. We reserve the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the Site and any other unlawful acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions. In the event of detection of any fraudulent or declined transaction, prior to initiation of legal actions, we reserve the right to immediately delete such account and dishonor all past and pending orders without any liability. For the purpose of this clause, we shall owe no liability for any refunds.
